Capitol K Contracters did an outstanding remodel on a 1970's house that my husband and I bought several months ago mainly for the view of the golf course which we love. The house is very compartmental. Each room is behind a wall. We knew we would miss the openness from our current house. We talked of opening the wall between the kitchen and living room at a later date but the more we talked to Cal the owner of Capitol K about changes it just made sense to do it before we moved in. Cal had great ideas around what to do so we said let's do it and we are so glad we did. Cal was involved every step of the way, he was there at the house working himself. He had a great person working for him also named Romeo. I can't say enough good things about the work done. He kept us up to date on everything along the way. His work ethic and attention to detail was wonderful. This is a journey for us with this house and everything that needs to be done and we will be using Capitol K Contracters again. No doubt about it. Also, want to mention I found out about Capitol K from my sister who used them to redo their primary bath and was happy. We used Capitol K to redo work from another contracter in our remodeled bathroom from our previous house that was shabby work. I was not happy with the floor tile work and the original contracters couldn't fix it among other things. We hired Capitol K and Romeo redid our floors and they look amazing. Cal fixed some plumbing issues and you couldn't tell where they had to do sheet rock work. That's why we used them again when we got our new house. Very dependable.

I’m not sure where to begin, but what I can tell you about Kal and his team is they are true professionals. We looked for several years to find a contractor that we felt like we could trust, after our initial consultation with him we immediately felt like we had the right guy. From concept to completion, Kal was great to work with. His timely communication and thoughtful responses to our questions made us feel at ease as we went through this process. Now, we took our house literally to the foundation, and did a whole home remodel. Kal raised our ceiling, moved walls, did complete overhaul of our plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical. He redid our kitchen, our living room, both bathrooms, and built a walk-in closet for our master bedroom. To say that we are pleased would be an understatement. This contractor knows what he’s doing. And I would highly recommend him to anyone. And I don’t know that I have the right words to articulate How much we enjoyed working with him. I feel like not only do we have a trusted contractor for the rest of our lives, but we also made a friend. If you’re considering any type of small scale all the way up to large scale remodel you definitely need to give Kal a call. We love what he did for us!
